What is the correct probe configuration inside the Titrasip Cell?
Correct probe placement is critical for the instrument to operate optimally and without faults. This guide shows the intended side-view arrangement of the probes in the measurement vessel and the rules that govern where each one sits relative to the liquid.

Stay submerged at minimum fill. The pH electrode, the temperature probe, and the stirrer paddle must remain fully covered by liquid at the lowest expected level, shown here at roughly a quarter of the vessel depth.

Buret tip submerged. The buret dispense tip reaches down to about the same depth as the electrode so reagent enters below the surface, close to the sensing zone. This lets each addition disperse quickly and keeps the electrode reading a representative, well-mixed sample - .

Sample tip above the liquid. The sample dispense tip stops about half an inch below the rim, above the liquid surface. Delivering sample from above keeps it from dripping onto or fouling the probes and keeps the tip clear of splashing and of the rotating paddle.

Clearances. No probe should touch another probe, the swept path of the paddle, or the vessel wall and floor. Keep clearance between the paddle and the floor and between the paddle and the electrode to avoid mechanical interference and flow dead zones.
